Serco, a global services company, is seeking a Workforce Administrator for its Justice and Immigration team at HMP Fosse Way, Leicester. You will provide essential admin support across Workforce Management, Rostering, Absence and Staff Welfare to keep workforce processes running smoothly.
In this role you will maintain accurate workforce records, assist scheduling activities, and ensure key administrative tasks are completed efficiently, contributing to better service for communities.
Location: HMP Fosse Way, Leicester, LE18 4TN, Salary: £26,510 per annum, plus excellent benefits, Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, working shifts between 7am and 6pm
As a Workforce Administrator in our Justice and Immigration team, you'll provide vital administrative support across Workforce Management, Rostering, Absence and Staff Welfare functions. Your work will help ensure colleagues are supported effectively, workforce processes run smoothly, and operational services continue to deliver for the communities we serve.
Working at the heart of a busy workforce function, you'll help create impactful solutions by maintaining accurate workforce records, supporting scheduling activities, and ensuring key administrative processes are completed efficiently. Through your attention to detail, collaboration and commitment to service, you'll have a positive impact on colleagues while supporting work that touches lives every day.
Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete a Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
