Serco Coventry is seeking a Resourcer to connect people with meaningful employment and training opportunities. You will assess candidate suitability, support them through the recruitment journey, and help employers find the right talent, in a hybrid role with travel across the West Midlands.
This 12-month fixed-term contract offers structured development, 25 days holiday, a pension scheme, extensive training, and DBS checks.
Location: Coventry, CV1 5DR - Hybrid role with variable time spent at office & home, includes travel across West Midlands, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Herefordshire.
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Fixed Term Contract 12-months, Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Working closely with Strategic Account Managers and Account Managers, you'll assess candidate suitability, support them through the recruitment journey, and help employers find the right talent.

Vetting And Checks
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
