Serco is seeking a People Hub Administrator at HMP Fosse Way, Leicester, to support absence management, help managers make informed decisions and ensure colleagues receive timely support.
You'll maintain records, coordinate absence activities, and work with workforce planning teams to keep information accurate, enabling safe and effective service delivery.
Location: HMP Fosse Way, Leicester, LE18 4TN
Salary: £26,510 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, working shifts between 7am and 6pm

As a People Hub Administrator in our People Hub team, you'll play a vital role in supporting absence management processes, helping managers make informed decisions and ensuring colleagues receive timely support. Your work will help maintain an effective, well‑organised workforce across the business.
You'll be at the heart of a busy support function, working closely with managers, employees and workforce planning teams to maintain accurate records, coordinate key absence management activities and ensure processes are followed consistently. By providing trusted administrative support, you'll help create positive outcomes for colleagues while supporting the safe and effective delivery of services that touch lives every day.
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
