Job summary

Catalyst Partners is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst to drive optimization of Workday configurations and advanced reward processes within an HR Systems environment. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, analytics, and strong stakeholder partnership to deliver scalable, data-driven HR solutions.

The successful candidate will review existing processes, design efficient Workday solutions, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives across HR modules.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules.
• Knowledge of Compensation/Advanced Compensation and Reward.
• Strong reporting and analytical capability.
• Experience improving existing systems, workflows and business processes.
• Confident in engaging with stakeholders and challenging current ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert across the Workday platform.
• Review and optimise Workday configuration, workflows and processes.
• Partner with HR, Reward and stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Deliver system enhancements from design to deployment.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Support compensation and reward-related processes in Workday.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to future HR technology projects and digital transformation.
