Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a values-led bank to recruit an HRIS Analyst for a hybrid role based in London. The position supports a large-scale Workday transformation, covering Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, Absence Management and Analytics, while maintaining existing platforms like iTrent and Cornerstone.

We are seeking hands-on Workday expertise with BAU and implementation experience, strong MI and reporting capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable HR

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday experience for BAU and implementation projects.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (iTrent or Cornerstone) is advantageous.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and dashboard skills.
• Ability to configure HR systems and build data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT to deploy HR tech solutions.
• Gather requirements and deploy new functionality across modules.
• Lead end-to-end configuration, testing and rollout.
• Review releases and assess business impact.
• Provide end-user support and issue resolution.
• Deliver training and create documentation.
• Maintain configuration and testing records.
• Manage access controls per policy and audits.
• Support GDPR data cleansing and data privacy compliance.
• Help develop reports, dashboards and self-service analytics.
