This full-time role offers a salary of £55,000–£60,000 per annum, with the opportunity to work hybrid. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Workday reporting and a strong analytical background. Responsibilities include designing reports and collaborating with HR and Finance teams to deliver insightful reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on experience with Workday reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Solid understanding of HCM and/or Financials data structures in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of reporting outputs with data governance standards.
• Develop and maintain Calculated Fields for business logic.
