Job summary

Keylime Consultants are partnering with a growing international organisation to appoint a Workday Functional Analyst in a hybrid role based in South West London. You will combine hands-on Workday configuration with day-to-day support across the HCM suite, working with HR and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

This role offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus and provides exposure to core HCM configuration, Recruiting and other Workday modules as the organisation expands

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience in post go-live environment.
• Strong Workday Core HCM configuration experience.
• Experience in Workday Recruiting is a plus.
• Exposure to Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning or Time Tracking.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday solutions and improvements across HCM.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop reports and manage Workday security and business processes.
• Contribute to Workday releases and testing.
