Job summary

Iconic Resourcing Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking a Senior HRIS Advisor to own Workday Absence & Time Tracking design, configuration and optimisation. This hands-on role partners with People, IT and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

You will design, test and deploy Workday Absence & Time Tracking, lead changes, support integrations, and mentor junior team members as part of a global People technology agenda in a hybrid, permanent role.

Qualifications

• You’ll need hands-on Workday experience in a medium/large complex organisation.
• Advanced Workday configuration experience across Absence & Time Tracking.
• Strong understanding of People processes and translating them to system solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring and testing end-to-end.
• Good knowledge of HCM, Recruitment, Talent and Analytics in Workday.
• Experience with EIBs and integrations and strong stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Designing, configuring, testing and deploying Workday Absence & Time Tracking.
• Translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Leading change requests, system enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshooting complex configuration and business process issues.
• Working with IT on integrations and downstream system impacts.
• Using tools including EIBs, PECI, reporting and Worksheets.
• Supporting Workday releases and process simplification opportunities.
• Collaborating with an external provider and acting as escalation point.
• Training and knowledge sharing across the People team and senior staff.
