Select Tech is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst specialising in Absence and Time Tracking in a hybrid role based near Greater Manchester. You will own configuration, enhancements, releases and continuous improvement across both modules, partnering with HR, Technology and external Workday partners to deliver solutions.

We are supporting a large international organisation looking to strengthen its internal Workday team with an experienced Senior Workday Analyst specialising in Absence and Time Tracking.
This is a senior functional Workday position where you will act as the subject matter expert across Workday Absence and Time Tracking, taking ownership of configuration, enhancements, releases and continuous improvement across both modules.
The role will suit someone with strong hands-on Workday configuration experience who can work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions and manage changes through to deployment.
You should have strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Absence and Time Tracking within a live Workday environment.
This role would suit someone who has genuinely configured and owned Workday Absence and Time Tracking, rather than someone whose exposure has primarily been broader HCM administration or end-user support.
You will join a specialist Workday team alongside colleagues with expertise across other Workday functional areas.
