Job summary

HR Path is seeking a Senior Workday Consultant to lead delivery of Absence Management and Time Tracking for UK and international clients. You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from business analysis and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and AMS support.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to internal knowledge, and occasionally support pre-sales initiatives, leveraging deep Workday expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5+ years of core HRIS experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
• AMS and implementation experience including post-go-live support and debugging.
• Strong client-facing experience in the UK, Ireland, or global markets.
• Up-to-date knowledge of latest Workday features and ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and support of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Build accruals, time entry codes, calculations, and eligibility rules.
• Configure BP definitions, rules, notifications, alerts, delegations, and security groups.
• Maintain integrations and data via EIBs and web services.
• Prepare test plans and perform manual and regression testing.
• Advise clients on Workday best practices and support pre-sales when needed.
