Job summary

Clyde & Co is recruiting a Senior HRIS Advisor to lead the design, configuration and ongoing optimisation of Workday Absence & Time in a global context. You will bring deep Workday expertise and shape local People policies to align with the business strategy.

You will collaborate with IT and the AMS provider, own change requests, deliver training, and drive continuous improvements across reporting and analytics using Workday tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday Absence & Time expertise with strong configuration experience.
• Proven track record implementing or maintaining HRIS in large/complex organisations.
• Experience delivering training and change activities across global stakeholders.
• Workday certification or formal training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as expert Workday functional specialist for Absence & Time; advise users across the organisation.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Research Workday enhancements and harmonise technical design across platforms.
• Co-own change delivery, document requirements and impact analyses.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday configuration issues and support integrations.
