Job summary

Freshfields is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join the Global HR Technology and Services team in Manchester. You will own and enhance the core Workday HR system, deliver reliable support, and drive process improvements across global colleagues.

Responsibilities include leading Workday configuration changes, collaborating with stakeholders and partners, and mentoring junior analysts while maintaining audit-ready documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in the Workday Absence and Time Tracking Modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting Workday releases and testing cycles.
• Experience across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience in global organisations.
• Experience of the legal sector.
• Experience managing third-party Workday partners.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert in Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead the implementation of configuration changes, coordinating end-to-end processes.
