Kognitiv Inc. is seeking experienced Advanced Compensation Consultants and Architects to partner with our global clients, delivering Workday solutions across HCM and compensation modules while maximizing ROI. You’ll lead design, configuration, testing and deployment with a client‑centric, ownership mindset.

The role requires 4+ years leading Workday implementations, deep knowledge of Core HCM, Security and Reporting, plus advanced Excel skills. Travel <10% is expected as projects span multiple regions and clients.

Formación

• 4+ years leading Workday implementations.
• Experience with Workday Post-Production/AMS Services or as a sophisticated Workday client.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers.
• Gather requirements, propose alternative solutions, and advise clients on Workday best practices.
• Lead medium to high-complexity projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Drive client satisfaction by delivering impeccable service and meeting KPIs.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members; contribute to knowledge base.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
