Job summary
Kainos is seeking a Post-Deployment Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Consultant to implement and configure enterprise Workday solutions for our global customers, focused on Compensation. You will work both independently and with teams to deliver tailored Workday outcomes and drive continuous improvement within the practice.

Qualifications
- Experience with Workday HCM and Compensation modules.
- Proven ability to assess customer needs and translate into tailored Workday solutions.
- Strong communication with senior client audiences, in remote or onsite settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-deployment activities for Workday Compensation implementations.
- Configure and optimize Workday solutions based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide expert guidance in Compensation modules.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within Kainos Workday practice.
