Accenture PLC is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant to guide transformation projects for global clients. You will deliver integrated, cloud-based HR solutions and lead workstreams across HCM, Compensation and Benefits domains.

You will host workshops, drive progress, and collaborate with clients, Accenture teams and Workday specialists to achieve optimal outcomes. This role emphasizes travel flexibility and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits.
• Willingness to travel as needed and manage client interactions.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients on Workday HCM and Compensation/Benefits requirements.
• Lead workshops and discussions aligned to your expertise in HCM, Compensation and Benefits.
• Independently lead workstreams and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Contribute to innovative methods and reusable assets in the practice.
