Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Talent Lead Consultant to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global client base. You will typically lead a project workstream, build strong customer relationships, and shape solutions aligned to client needs and commercial viability.

You will support junior team members, demonstrate Workday expertise, and collaborate across Learning and Talent interdependencies, including remote work contexts and occasional travel to client sites in the

Qualifications

Workday HCM and Talent Certification expertise.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, and interdependencies with Learning and Talent.
Excellent customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
Clear, impactful communication with customers and colleagues, including remote contexts.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and make balanced decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead a functional Workday workstream across the full project lifecycle.
Build relationships with customers to shape and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions.
Provide guidance to customers and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with teams to ensure solutions are commercially viable and meet client needs.
