Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Workday Compensation Consultant to guide large-scale HCM and compensation transformations for global clients. You will lead end-to-end Workday initiatives, drive workshops, and collaborate with client teams, Workday, and Accenture colleagues to deliver value.

The role emphasizes leveraging GenAI-enabled accelerators and ongoing upskilling in AI features to optimize compensation processes across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and Compensation implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation or related platforms.
• Ability to meet travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.
• Strong communication skills in English and analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in HCM and Compensation.
• Host workshops and lead discussions covering HCM and Compensation functions.
• Independently lead workstreams and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate diverse teams and liaise with client counterparts, Accenture, and Workday.
• Support innovation by creating new methods and reusable assets.
