Job summary

Accenture seeks a Workday Compensation Consultant to join a global advisory team delivering cloud-based HR solutions. You will guide clients through end-to-end Workday HCM and Compensation deployments, lead diverse teams, and collaborate with client counterparts and Workday to achieve milestones.

You will participate in workshops, drive best practices, and contribute to innovative methods across engagements, while maintaining a strong emphasis on senior stakeholder communication and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading End to End Workday HCM and Compensation implementations from initiation to completion.
• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation or related platforms (cloud or on-premise).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in HCM and Compensation, applying Workday methodologies.
• Host workshops and lead discussions in line with your expertise area (HCM and Compensation).
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress to stakeholders.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Support innovation by creating new methods and assets.
