Majestic Wine in East London is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager to begin a 12-month development programme covering operational, service and leadership standards, setting you up for future Store Manager responsibilities.

You will work under the Store Manager, driving store performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and growing wine knowledge through WSET qualifications, with travel to nearby stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality.
• Strong customer experience and service delivery.
• Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.

Responsibilities
