Majestic Wine North East London is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager to join a 12-month development programme, building skills across operations, service and leadership to become a future store manager. You will learn the Majestic way, work with a Store Manager, and develop plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• WSET level 2/3 ambition is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and KPIs.
• Deliver market-leading customer service to grow loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Provide VIP concierge service with updates on products and tastings.
• Share product knowledge through tastings and counter presentation.
• Develop wine knowledge to support WSET qualification and selling confidence.
• Maintain store appearance and manage day-to-day operations.
• Support improvements to optimise store operations and compliance.
