Winemark is seeking a Sales Advisor for a 20-hour part-time role at Gilford Road. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and actively promote selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a positive, can-do attitude. Wine knowledge is desirable, with a driving license and access to a car helpful.

Qualificações

• Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
• Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
• Communication skills with customers; written, verbal and listening abilities.
• Customer-focused with high quality service.
• Ability to actively sell to customers.
• Personal drive and a can-do attitude.
• Good dress and appearance; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with excellent service and product knowledge.
• Identify selling opportunities and promote them.
• Maintain housekeeping to company standards inside and outside the store.
• Ensure stock is merchandised to company standards.
• Assist with promotional setup.
• Keep premises safe and secure at all times.
• Adhere to cash handling and administration regulations.
• Comply with health and safety and licensing trading legislation.
• Perform other duties related to the post.
