Job summary

SeeMe Hired Ltd is recruiting a Sales Advisor for Saintfield Town. You will provide excellent customer service, knowledge of store products and assist the Store Manager in sales and stock control. Aiming to identify selling opportunities and maintain a safe, presentable store environment.

The role requires at least 3 months in retail, maths and English GCSEs at grade C or above, and strong communication skills. Desirable: WSET certificate and driving license with access to a car. 1 x 8hr shift.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
• Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
• Communication skills including written, verbal and listening abilities.
• Customer-focused approach delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to actively sell to customers.
• Personal drive with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Smart appearance and good dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain excellent service with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Identify selling opportunities and act on them.
• Maintain housekeeping standards inside and outside the store.
• Ensure stock is controlled and merchandised to company standards.
• Assist with promotional setup.
• Ensure premises are safe and secure at all times.
• Comply with cash handling and administration regulations.
• Adhere to health and safety and licensing/trading standards.
