Job summary

Winemark in Comber is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service and support the Store Manager in sales, security and stock control. Candidates should have Maths and English GCSE, at least 3 months retail experience, good communication, and a can-do attitude; WSET Foundation Certificate and driving licence are desirable.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
• Three months' previous experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Support Store Manager with sales, security and stock control.
• Ensure housekeeping and merchandising standards.
• Handle cash and comply with store policies.
• Assist with promotional setup and health and safety requirements.
• Identify selling opportunities and contribute to promotions.
• Adhere to licensing and trading standards.
