Job summary

Odevo UK is seeking an IT Support Engineer (12 months FTC) to provide 1st and 2nd line support, with hands-on assistance at offices and client sites. You will support colleagues, concierge and front-of-house teams, ensuring technology runs reliably.

You will handle hardware/software issues, manage requests via Freshservice, and administrate Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. A full UK driving licence and occasional travel are required.

Qualifications

• You’ll have 1st line service desk or on-site IT support experience.
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory skills required.
• Working networking knowledge: Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Proactive with security and ITIL learning willingness.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd line telephone support and on-site assistance.
• Resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues remotely and on site.
• Manage support requests via telephone, email, Teams and Freshservice.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory accounts/permissions.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobiles and peripherals.
• Support IT audits, site onboarding and knowledge sharing.
