Job summary

Odevo UK is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line telephone support, plus hands-on assistance at offices and client buildings. You will support colleagues, concierge and front-of-house teams, keeping their technology working reliably.

This 12-month FTC role offers hybrid working with occasional travel to Odevo UK offices, and a chance to develop ITIL practices within a transforming property management tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st line service desk or on-site IT support.
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory skills.
• Working understanding of networking, including Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to security and willingness to learn ITIL practices.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues remotely and on site.
• Managing support requests through telephone, email, Teams and Freshservice, meeting service levels and escalating where needed.
• Administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory accounts and permissions.
• Configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Supporting IT audits, site onboarding and knowledge-sharing documentation.
