Job summary

Bimplus in Cardiff is seeking a Windows & Doors Order Processor. You will prepare quotations, process orders, liaise with suppliers and provide outstanding service throughout the sales cycle.

Experience in windows and doors sales administration, knowledge of UPVC/aluminium/composite products, and familiarity with Window Designer or Business Micros is highly desirable. Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm with pension, life insurance and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a windows and doors sales administration or order processing role.
• Knowledge of UPVC, aluminium and composite window and door products.
• Familiarity with Window Designer or Business Micros software is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations for customers.
• Process orders and place purchase orders with suppliers.
• Manage customer enquiries related to products, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Process orders for UPVC, aluminium and composite windows and doors.
• Support the internal sales team, showroom and trade counter.
