Job summary

CO Manufacturing, based in Wakefield, is seeking an Order Processor to accurately process orders and quotations for dealerships using Window Designer and Roofwright. You will work Mon-Fri, 40 hours weekly, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales order processing in fenestration/building/roofing preferred.
• Knowledge of industry software is advantageous (Window Designer, Roofwright).
• Strong customer service mindset and proactive approach.
• Willingness to undertake training and apply learning.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process orders and quotations from dealerships using the bespoke system Window Designer and Roofwright.
• Reprocess incorrect orders, including necessary parts such as glazing.
• Collaborate with dealers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Develop product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure orders align with customer expectations and delivery schedules.
• Make informed decisions to meet urgent customer needs.
• Maintain quality service standards and comply with company policies.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual to join our team to accurately process orders and quotations with precision and accuracy whilst maintaining an excellent processing speed.

• Accurately process orders and quotes from dealerships using the bespoke system, Window Designer, and Roofwright.
• Reprocess incorrect orders, including necessary parts such as glazing.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, and departments.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure orders are processed in line with customer expectations and delivery schedules.
• Make informed decisions to meet customer needs, especially for urgent orders.
• Maintain quality service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes for reporting and rectifying quality concerns.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in sales order processing role, ideally in Fenestration, building, or roofing industry
• Knowledge or experience of using window designer, roofwright or any other industry specific software would be an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to exceeding expectations.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to undertake further training and implement learning in daily tasks.
