Sales Quote Processor

We are looking for:

The ideal candidate to efficiently and accurately process our Customer Sales Quotations process. Ensuring all quotations are quoted efficiently, accurately and fulfilled on time and in line with our customer’s bespoke requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Processing quotations in line with customer requirements using our Business Micro, Window Designer and Door Builder software
• Experience in dealing with all Customer Quotation Queries of composite doors and associated products, developing and maintaining new business accounts.
• Working closely with external sales force and sales director.
• A drive to excel in sales and drive the company forward by grabbing every opportunity generated.
• Good IT skills with experience of Outlook, Word, Excel and working with CRM systems.
• Experience in the window and door industry a benefit but in-house training will be given.
• Willingness to learn new skills and cross train.
• Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
• Attention to detail.
• Salary dependent on experience.
• Monday to Friday, no weekends.
• Working Hours 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday; 08:30-16:30 Friday.
• Company pension.
