Job summary

Bimplus in Witham, United Kingdom, is looking for an Estimator – Aluminium Windows & Doors to lead the preparation of accurate quotations for a high-end aluminium window and door range. You will manage the sales office and oversee workflow from quotation to order processing.

The ideal candidate will have estimating experience in construction, with leadership or managerial exposure. Experience with aluminium and PVC fenestration, Logikal, and excellent communication and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Must have estimating experience within construction.
• Senior or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with aluminium windows, PVC windows, doorsets, fenestration or related is desirable.
• Experience with Logikal is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and develop relationships.
• Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of accurate quotations and cost estimates.
• Manage the sales office, overseeing quotations, order processing, workflow and team performance.
• Coach and develop estimators and office staff to improve accuracy, productivity and customer service.
• Liaise with Sales, Production, Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, monitoring KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
