Chase Taylor Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager for an established fenestration industry business in the UK. You will lead a sales team, develop strategies to grow revenue, and build strong customer relationships across windows, doors and conservatories.

The role requires a proven track record in senior sales, strong negotiation and forecasting skills, and the ability to drive profitability.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a Commercial Sales Manager role or similar senior sales position.
• Experience in fenestration, windows, doors or home improvement is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate and support the sales team to maximise performance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
