Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Executive in the window and door sector to manage customers through the full sales cycle. You will meet homeowners, assess requirements, advise on suitable window and door solutions, and convert opportunities into orders.

You will typically handle 10–15 appointments per week, building a robust pipeline and striving to achieve targets with a commission-based earnings structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in window, door, conservatory, glazing or home improvement sales.
• Comfortable with pricing, quotations and closing orders.
• Able to meet 10–15 appointments per week in the local area.

Responsabilités

• Attend approximately 10–15 customer appointments per week across the local area.
• Meet homeowners to discuss requirements and potential solutions.
• Build relationships and provide a consultative sales experience.
• Discuss windows, doors and home improvement products with customers.
• Prepare and present quotations based on customer needs.
• Explain product options, benefits and pricing clearly.
• Follow up quotations to maximise conversions.
• Handle objections and close sales while maintaining margins.
• Keep accurate records of appointments and sales activity.
• Collaborate with office, surveying and installation teams to ensure a smooth journey.
