Job description

As a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing hands-on support to users as they transition to Windows 11 using Workspace One technology. Working in small teams, you'll deliver a high-quality, white-glove service, ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth experience for all users. Deployments will range from one-on-one remote sessions to classroom-style setups for larger groups.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering a user-friendly and professional deployment experience, ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11.
  • Conducting both remote and classroom-based deployments, supporting up to 25 users per session.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure deployments are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing clear guidance and updates to end-users throughout the migration process.
