  • Current Practising Certificate required.

  • Handle cases from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents.
  • Advise clients and respond to new enquiries.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Wills Powers of Attorney and Probate matters with the full support of a collaborative team and the unique benefits of employee ownership.

About the Role
  • Manage a full caseload of client matters including Wills LPAs and Probate
  • Handle cases from initial instruction through to completion
  • Prepare and draft legal documents
  • Advise clients and respond to new enquiries
  • Support colleagues within the probate department
About You

Essential:

  • 35 years PQE or equivalent relevant experience
  • Current Practising Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Professional friendly client care
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Organised methodical and able to prioritise under pressure
  • Team player with a flexible approach
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting junior team members
  • Previous experience in a multi-site legal practice
