We would love you to have:

• Relevant experience and knowledge of maintenance, safety, and health regulations in a similar environment (preferred but not essential)

What you can do for us:

• Support planned maintenance checks and perform reactive maintenance
• Conduct safety checks and ensure functionality in apartments and public areas
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance, promoting environmental safety measures
• Manage stocks, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and all systems are in working order
• Report and address hazards promptly
• Assist with customer complaints alongside the Chief Engineer and General Manager
• Be the Ultimate Brand Ambassador: Represent Wilde with enthusiasm and pride.
