Location: Work from home with travel to customer locations throughout the UK.

Job Outline:

The Irish team across Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic Service Engineer with experience in weighing and product inspection industries, including checkweighers, metal detection, and X-ray systems. The role is field-based, serving contracts across Ireland and occasionally the UK. Our primary industries are food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals, but we also serve clients from various other sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Service Manager Ireland.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality service consistent with our premium brand.
• Work independently or as part of a team to commission equipment.
• Calibrate or repair the full range of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with inspection machinery such as checkweighers, X-ray, and metal detection.
• Knowledge of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel across Ireland, the UK, and possibly Germany or mainland Europe for training, including overnight stays.
• Software experience is advantageous.
