Senior Commercial & Key Account Manager – Wholesale (Streetwear)
The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Commercial & Key Account Manager to lead and grow our wholesale business across key US and European accounts.
This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role combining sales leadership, key account management, commercial ownership, and new business development. You will own strategic wholesale relationships, drive sustainable growth, and manage the full commercial lifecycle – from sell‑in to margin protection.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale & Key Account Management
- Own and develop strategic wholesale accounts including Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue (USA) and El Corte Inglés, Peek & Cloppenburg, Galeries Lafayette (Europe)
- Act as the senior commercial point of contact for all assigned accounts
- Build long‑term, profitable partnerships aligned to brand positioning
Commercial Ownership
- Lead seasonal sell‑in and orderbook management across all territories
- Own commercial negotiations: pricing, margins, discounts, markdown support, and trade terms
- Ensure strong gross‑to‑net control and margin discipline
- Partner closely with Finance, Planning and Operations to manage forecasts and deliveries
Business Development
- Identify and secure new wholesale opportunities across the US and Europe
- Open and scale strategic accounts aligned to the brand’s streetwear DNA
- Support expansion into new territories and doors where relevant
Sales Execution & Market Presence
- Drive sell‑through initiatives with key partners
- Support brand activation, drops and launches in collaboration with Marketing
- Represent the brand at key market meetings, showrooms and industry events
About You
- Proven experience in a wholesale‑led commercial or key account role within streetwear, sportswear or contemporary fashion
- Strong experience managing major international wholesale accounts
- Comfortable operating across US and European markets
- Commercially sharp with hands‑on experience in pricing, margin management and negotiations
- Confident managing complexity across multiple territories and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale business
- Strong relationship builder with credibility at senior buyer level
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with premium and volume wholesale partners
- Exposure to fast‑growth or scaling brands
- Strong understanding of the streetwear ecosystem and consumer
