ASDA is seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to lead day-to-day wholesale delivery, ensure service excellence, and maintain strong customer relationships across our wholesale portfolio. You will drive operational performance, financial control, and continuous improvement, coordinating with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams in a hybrid working setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience onboarding and managing wholesale customers in FMCG.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience forecasting, stock management, billing and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day wholesale operational delivery.
• Act as primary account manager for key existing wholesale customers.
• Ensure supply chain performance and issue resolution.
• Manage billing processes and financial reconciliation activities.
• Monitor contract compliance and service delivery.
• Coordinate forecasting, stock availability, and replenishment activities.
• Lead operational reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Track performance against service, sales, and profitability targets.
• Resolve customer escalations and operational risks.
