Job summary

ModusForce Limited is seeking an exceptional Dayforce Workforce Management Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments across Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Workforce Planning. You will run workshops, gather requirements, configure solutions and guide organisations through the implementation journey to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Occasional travel to team and client sites, including international, based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Proven Dayforce WFM implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling.
• Experience leading client workshops and translating requirements.
• Understanding of implementation lifecycle and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working remotely within project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand client Workforce Management processes and objectives.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements for scalable Dayforce solutions.
• Configure Dayforce modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Planning, Leave & Absence.
• Design solutions that align with client needs following best practices.
• Develop and execute test scripts, supporting SIT, UAT and issue resolution.
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities and post-implementation hypercare.
• Collaborate with Integration, Data Migration, Technical Consultants and Project Managers.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a day-to-day advisor throughout the project.
• Deliver training and change management to drive user adoption.
• Stay up to date with Dayforce enhancements and best practices.
