Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor fluent in Welsh to work remotely on a temporary basis. The role covers handling inbound/outbound calls, emails and web chats, with a 6-week rolling rota across specific hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

Training and strict data protection compliance are integral to the role. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, experience in fast-paced environments, strong IT skills, and a reliable home-working setup with quiet workspace
