Do you have strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt your teaching across different primary year groups?

Are you a qualified Primary Teacher with a sound knowledge of the Welsh Curriculum, from Foundation Phase through to Key Stage 2 / KS2?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Welsh-medium Primary School based in Welshpool, who are looking to appoint a Welsh Speaking Primary Teacher. The school provides a Welsh-speaking learning environment, supporting pupils in developing their confidence, independence and academic abilities throughout their primary education.

The school is looking to take on an enthusiastic Welsh Speaking Primary Teacher on a long-term basis, with an immediate start available. The successful applicant will be working across Foundation Phase through to Key Stage 2 / KS2, delivering engaging lessons in Welsh, maintaining effective classroom management and adapting teaching to meet the needs of pupils across different year groups.

The successful Welsh Speaking Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (NQTs are also welcome to apply)
• Fluency in the Welsh language, both written and spoken
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally across Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales
