TeacherActive is seeking a Welsh Speaking Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 in Welsh-medium settings in the Vale of Glamorgan and Cardiff. The role requires basic Welsh and confidence to use Welsh in the classroom, helping learners achieve their potential.

You will work on day-to-day supply with opportunities for longer-term roles. The posting offers £14.25 per hour and access to progression development through My-Progression.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting, ideally within a Welsh-medium school.
• Basic Welsh language skills and the confidence to use Welsh to support teaching and learning.
• A good understanding of the primary curriculum across KS1 and KS2.

The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will have:
