Academics in Wales is recruiting a Welsh Medium Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in RCT for an immediate start. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, supporting a Welsh Medium Reception class and helping with learning, play and daily routines.

Welsh Medium Teaching Assistant - RCT | Immediate Start

Are you a fluent Welsh speaker with experience working with children and looking for a role Monday to Friday? We are currently recruiting a Welsh Medium Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in RCT to work within a Reception class.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with children, ideally within an Early Years or Reception setting, who is available to work full-time ASAP.

The Role

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Supporting pupils within a Welsh Medium Reception class
• Assisting with learning, play and classroom activities
• Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development
• Helping maintain a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils with routines and day-to-day classroom needs

We're Looking For

• Fluent Welsh speaker - essential
• Previous experience working with children
• Early Years or Reception experience is highly desirable
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Availability to work full-time, ASAP
