TeacherActive is recruiting a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant for a Welsh-medium primary school in Monmouthshire. You will work one-to-one with a Year 3 pupil and use Welsh daily to support learning, engagement and development.

The role is full-time and long-term, starting ASAP. You will join a supportive team with CPD opportunities and competitive daily rates. The school provides a Welsh-speaking environment and values patient, adaptable helpers with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Welsh (spoken) required.
• Experience supporting children one-to-one in a primary setting.
• Strong communication skills and patience essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one learning support to a Year 3 pupil.
• Help the pupil engage with learning and development using Welsh where appropriate.
• Assist classroom staff to maintain a supportive learning environment.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Welsh-medium primary school in Monmouthshire that is looking for a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school provides a Welsh-speaking environment and is looking for someone who can confidently communicate in Welsh throughout the school day.

The school is looking to take on a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis, working one-to-one with a child in Year 3. The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will provide consistent classroom support, helping the pupil with their learning, engagement and development.

The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will have:

• Fluency in spoken Welsh
• Experience working with children on a one-to-one basis
• Experience supporting children within a primary school environment
• Strong communication skills
• A patient and supportive approach
• A positive and adaptable attitude
