Job summary

Equal Education Partners in Wales is recruiting a fluent Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant for placements in partner schools. This role supports pupils across age groups in a Welsh-medium environment, working closely with teaching staff to encourage learning and positive classroom behavior.

We offer flexible working arrangements—short-term or long-term, full-time or part-time—with potential for ongoing opportunities; DBS checks required or in process.

Qualifications

• Fluent Welsh is essential for this role.
• Experience working with children in school or similar settings.
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across age groups in a Welsh-medium setting.
• Assist teachers to create an engaging learning environment.
• Contribute to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
