Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting a Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf. This is ideal for someone with strong Welsh language skills who enjoys working with young people and wants experience in a secondary school setting.

You will cover lessons, deliver pre-set work, maintain a positive classroom environment, manage behaviour, and support learning across subjects.

Qualifications

• Welsh language skills are essential for the role.
• Experience working with young people or in an education setting.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• EWC registration or willingness to obtain.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Covering lessons across the secondary school.
• Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task.

Welsh Cover Supervisor Needed - RCT

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Welsh language skills who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain or continue experience within a secondary school environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Covering lessons across the secondary school
