Responsibilities

• Lead by example to support the Store Manager and achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop colleagues to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete Qualified to Advise training for health guidance.
• Drive sales, stock availability, merchandising and store operations.
• Support commercial performance through planning, cost control and compliance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for colleagues and customers.
