Job summary

Champneys is seeking a Reservations Consultant to join our vibrant call centre team. You will be highly motivated, self-driven and passionate about delivering a fantastic guest experience, handling calls and emails to secure bookings across our wellness offerings.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using Resort Suite PMS, with shifts between 8.00am and 9.00pm. Previous reservations or contact centre experience is highly valued and you will be supported by a lively team and great company

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or contact/call centre is preferred.
• Experience with Resort Suite PMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations and requests to secure their experience.
• Work in a fast-paced contact centre environment and deliver a fantastic guest experience.
• Use Resort Suite PMS to manage bookings and schedules.
