Job summary

Champneys Tring is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the luxury health spa. You will ensure smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, handle payments and guest enquiries, and support a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

You will work as part of a team at a premium resort, delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment. Full training is provided, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous reception or hospitality experience is desirable; full training will be provided.
• Calm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a guest‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome at check‑in and check‑out.
• Manage payments, accounts and robe controls.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with tact and efficiency.
• Operate the switchboard and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other teams to support guest satisfaction.
• Assist with day‑to‑day reception tasks and training as required.
