Job summary

Virgin Active’s Kauai brand is seeking 3 Team Members to join our 40-hour-per-week cafe team inside our London wellness clubs. You will serve customers, prepare meals and drinks to brand standards, and ensure food safety.

You’ll work mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and be part of a supportive team delivering world-class service and an exceptional member experience.

Experience in customer service or food service is desirable; Food Safety Level 2 and allergen training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality background.
• Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
• Allergen training completed.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly service to members and guests.
• Prepare food and beverages to brand recipes and presentation standards.
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness to food safety standards.
• Support training of new team members and maintain Virgin Active brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
