Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College are seeking a proactive wellbeing professional to lead and shape the employee wellbeing agenda within the People Team. You will develop and implement wellbeing initiatives aligned to organisational priorities and use data and feedback to inform future activity.

The role also includes designing a comprehensive annual wellbeing programme, delivering campaigns and training, advising managers, and collaborating with Occupational Health and external partners

Qualifications

• Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating wellbeing initiatives or programmes.
• Experience of delivering workshops, training sessions, campaigns or awareness events.
• Ability to analyse data, identify themes and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders.
• Effective organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of employee wellbeing, workplace health and related legislation.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to improving employee experience.
• Ability to build relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives aligned to organisational priorities.
• Use workforce data and feedback to identify trends, evaluate outcomes and inform future wellbeing activity.
• Design and coordinate an annual wellbeing programme covering physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing.
• Deliver wellbeing campaigns, events, workshops and awareness activities throughout the year.
• Provide professional wellbeing advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with People Team, Occupational Health, senior leaders and external partners to deliver objectives.
• Contribute to policies, frameworks and resources supporting employee wellbeing.
• Promote preventative health approaches and early intervention where appropriate.
• Produce communications to raise awareness of wellbeing resources and initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with trends, legislation and best practice in employee wellbeing.
